    Express Issue, 2nd State 1878/79: State II, 2 s. red-brown, perf. 12½, an unused complete sheet of ten subjects (5 x 2), with good margins all round and of rich fresh colour, note position 2 (Row 1, stamp 2) with short "T" of TWO, position 10 with two dots before first "A" of SAMOA; reverse slightly tropicalised and traces of original gum.
