    Overprinted at "The Polynesian Gazette", Levuka 1874 (Oct 21): 12 c. on 6 d. rose overprinted Roman V.R. (Type 6) in black, an unused example, variety "Overprint Inverted", well centred but with repaired closed tear at right, unused without gum; despite imperfections an extremely elusive stamp - the collections of Threlford, Robertson, Meis and Evans possessed no examples of this stamp, of which just 20 examples could exist.
