    1915/16: 6 d. ultramarine, Die II, an unused horizontal pair, type c, positions 59-60 on the right hand pane / forme of 30 subjects, left stramp with small thin, right hand stamp variety "Retouched second "E" of PENCE", well centred and of good colour, some blunting of perfs. at base, fresh and fine, dried large part og. An exceptional multiple of this stamp - position 1R60, from the 1st printing of 17 sheets from a total printing of 4'080 stamps in 136 panes / formes of 30; just 17 examples of this stamp therefore exist, many of which are known to be faulty and damaged.
