    La Guaira 1864/67: Lithographed by Rasco 2 r. light yellow-green, without shading, zig-zag roulette 9-9½, a fine example used on April 1866 cover from Caracas to Bordeaux, endorsed "voie d'Angleterre", tied by "CORREOS / LA GUAIRA" despatch in black. London transit cds on reverse and struck there with "GB / 1F 60 c." accountancy marking in black. Calais transit above (May 15) and charged with handstruck '10' décimes in black for single rate: tariff on 1 January 1866. A very scarce cover. Signed Miro. Opinion Holcombe (1989).
