1883: Provisional Triangle Overprints 1 c. orange and 10 c. green with UPU and Triangle 10 c. green used on 1884 cover from Lima to Paris tied by large "Correos / Lima Peru" datestamps. Two large circular "T" markings in black and 'Paris / Etranger' cds in blue (Feb 5). Manuscript '2' at upper left corner to denote double weight and charged with 1882 1 fr. black (Maury T22) tied by triangular handstamp.
