1872: Covers (2) from the same correspondence to Toulouse, earlier 1873 cover with Queretaro District 25 c. red imperforate (35-73), tied by framed "FRANCO EN / QUERETARO" handstamp (Schatzkes fig.1266) and mailed via Panama and London where framed "GB / 1F 90c." accountancy marking applied, Calais entry marking (June 28) and charged '15' décimes handstruck in black. The second 1874 cover with 25 c. red (35-74) similarly tied, mailed via Vera Cruz and London where framed "GB / 1F 60c." accountancy marking applied, Calais entry marking (March 30) and charged '12' décimes handstruck in black.
