1872: Guanajuato District 25 c. red (18-72) imperforate, used on 1872 cover to Itxassou, France tied by "LEON / FRANCO" cds (Sept 23) in black. Mailed via London where "GB / 1F 60c." accountancy marking applied in black and, on arrival (Oct 31) charged '12' décimes due for single rate under tariff of 1 July 1871.
