1864/66: Mexico District Fifth period Eagle 4 r. green (17-1866), touched to large margins all round, used on 1866 cover from Mexico City (Feb) to the Comtesse de Castelbajac in Paris, France tied by "FRANCO / MEXICO" cds in black (Schatzkes fig. 821), mailed by British ship to London (March) where "GB / 1F. 60c." accountancy marking applied in black.
