Antilles 1883/86: Covers (2), the first with Cuba 5 c. grey, used on underpaid 1889 cover from Havana (July 23) to Paris with "T" marking in black at left, short paid 5 c., but cover taxed at double the original deficiency on arrival in Paris (Aug 8) with Postage Due 10 c. black pair and single 30 c. black (Maury T15+T18); together with 1895 stampless cover from Havana (June 21) to Paris endorsed "via Tampa" with scarce circular "T / HAVANA" of despatch, again taxed at double deficiency with France Postage Due marginal 50 c. black (Maury T20) on arrival (July 4).
