1877: 10 c. bistre brown on wove paper, a fine example with good to large margins all round, used on 14 November 1879 cover from Zipaya (manuscript notation on reverse) to Paris, the adhesive cancelled by oval framed "BOGOTÁ" in black. Thence via British P.O. with fine "SAVANILLA / BARRANQUILLA" cds (Dec 1) in black, London cds (Dec 29) in red on reverse and struck there with "T / 1-10" accountancy marking.
