1862/82: Pre and post - UPU covers to France (14) on Exhibit leaves with 1862 12 cs. blue on rose on 1862 to Paris taxed '5' in blue and a similar 1863 cover, covers (2) bearing 1865 12 cs. blue & rose single frankings one taxed on the St. Jean de Luz Ambulant with '5' in red the other with FRANQUEO / INSUFFICIENTE handstamp as found to be double weight; 1864 cover with 2 cs. blue and 4 cs. red taxed '5' at Bayonne (cert.
