1861: Trinidad 4 d. brownish lilac, rough perf. 14-16, a used example on 1863 cover to Bordeaux endoprsed 'per Mail', tied by "1" numeral obliterator in black with fair only despatch cds (March 22). Thence via London where struck with framed "GB / 2F.-" Accountancy marking in black. Reverse with London red transit cds (April 13), Paris and Bordeaux datestamps; charged '10' décimes due in black: tariff of 1 Jan 1866.
