    1865/67: Great Britain 1 s. green plate 4, a single example used on 1866 triple rate entire letter from St. Thomas to Guadeloupe, tied by bold "C51" obliterator in black. Reverse with ST. THOMAS despatch cds (Nov 15) in black and carried by RMSP "Conway" with "Guadeloupe / Basse Terre" arrival cds (Nov 18). Charged due upon arrival with handstruck '12' décimes due marking.
