    Regno, combination usage of Sardinian and Italian adhesives 1863 (May 23): Double rate Entire letter from Noja to Foglianise, bearing Sardinia IV. emission 5 c. green in mixed franking with Italy Regno I. emission 10 c. yellowish bistre (2), three fine and fresh adhesives, tied by light NOJA cds in black (Sassone BA = 8 punti), a clear information strike alongside. Reverse with Bari transit cds. Light horizontal filing fold well away from stamps and postmarks, underfranked by 5 centisimi to cover the double rate and therefore taxed with '1' (decesimi).
