    Regno, usage of Sardinian adhesives 1863 (Oct 16): Cover from Napoli to Manchester, endorsed "Via Genova", bearing Sardinia IV. emission 10 c. bistre (2) and 40 c. red-carmine, three fine and fresh adhesives with good to large margins, tied by "NAPOLI (PORTO)" cds (Sassone = 4 punti), information strike and framed "P.D." alongside. Reverse with Torino transit and arrival (Oct 21) cds's. Light horizontal file fold not distracting from the attractiveness of this correctly franked item.
