'azzuro verdastro', carta di Napoli, position 69 from plate III, a fine and fresh example with good to large margins, tied by 'ferro di cavallo' handstamp to entire official letter from Palermo to Napoli, despatch cds (June 22, 59) and arrival "NAPOLI REAL SERVIZIO" cds (June 24) in red alongside. Attractive franking paying the reduced rate for official letters, signed E. Diena & Raybaudi with colour indication Sassone = € 1'000.
