    1859: 1 gr. 'bruno oliva', three single examples from plate II, carta di Napoli in combination with  1 gr. 'verde oliva chiaro', a single adhesive from plate III, carta di Palermo, four fresh and fine examples with good to huge margins all round, tied by 'ferro di cavallo' handstamp, "PALERMO PARTENZA 18 GIU. 59" despatch cds alongside, on cover to Grigenti. Double rate letter for two sheets between two offices, an exceptional usage of adhesives from different plates. Signed R. Mondolfo; cert. E. Diena (1989).
