    1855: 5 c. 'verde smeraldo' in combination with 20 c. 'cobalto scuro', fresh adhesives with good to large margins, both well embossed, cancelled by clear "CASATISMA 17 MAR. 57" cds in black to small cover to Milano, "P.D." handstamp in black alongside. Reverse with Casteggio transit (March 17) and arrival cds (March 18). An attractive cover from the first Sardinian to the first Austrian rayon, completely prepaid, interesting in addition. Signed A.
