'grigio verdastro', the left part of a vertically bisected adhesive with fair to huge margins and sheet margin at base, tied by grill obliterator, "SCHEGGIA 27 APR. 60" despatch cds alongside, on entire letter to Urbino. Correctly franked with 3 baj. for a letter with a weight of two sheets between two neighbouring postal districts, an exceptional franking. Signed Raybaudi; certs. A. Diena (1969), E.
