    1858: 2 gr. light rose, plate III, large to huge margins iall round, tied by boxed ANNULLATO with "LANCIANO 5 AGO 1859" cds (Sassone CH = 5 punti) and "DI Rl SERVIZIO handstamp, both in black alongside, on entire letter directed to Napoli. Upon arrival a fair "NAPOLI / REAL SERVIZIO 8AGO 1859" handstamp in red was struck. Official postage-free letter to the Ministry of the Interior, the sender paid obviously 2 grana for the registration. Signed A. Diena; cert Chiavarello (1986).
