    1840: 1d. black, plate 3, lettered KA, a superb example with large margins all round from the left sheet margin, tied by red MC on cover from Driffield to Burlington. The obverse is struck by a clear two-ring DRIFFIELD cds (Dec 4, 1841) in red. Sideflaps cut away not distracting from the attractiveness of this cover.
