    French Shipmail towards or from the Americas 1867: Cover from Langoirande, Gironde to Buenos-Ayres, endorsed "Par Messageries", bearing Napoléon laureated 80 c. rose with fresh colour, tied by very rare 'Fin Points' lozenge with "LIGNE J PAQ. FR. N° 1 24 SEPT. 70" cds and framed "P.P." in red alongside. Top left corner of adhesive cut away, horizontal file fold in the cover well away from the stamp, some toning, nevertheless an appealing single rate Shipmail cover to Argentina.
