    Ballon monté 1870 (Oct 27): Small Entire letter carried on board of balloon no. 21 'Colonel Charra' to Dunkerque, franked with Napoléon laureated 20 c. blue type II, tied by "ARMÉE FRANCAISE / QUARTR Gal" despatch cds, information strike alongside, reverse with indistinct arrival cds.
