    1868: Double rate Envelope from Nantes to Cap Haïtien, bearing a three-colour franking of Napoléon laureated 40 c. orange, single adhesive and pair (both defective) in mixed franking with Cérès 1872 5 c. green and 25 c. blue type I (3), tied by fair Gros Chiffres '2602' numeral lozenge, despatch cds (June 15, 72) as well as framed "P.P." and "LONDON PAID 17 JU 72" transit cds, both in red alongside. Reverse with Paris Étranger transit (June 16) cds in blue. Cover with some edge wear and toning, adhesives at the cover edge with imperforation irregularities, nevertheless an adhesive combination full of fantasy to pay correctly the 200 c. rate to Haiti, an astonishingly rare destination from France in that period.
