    1867: Registered local Cover within Rive-de-Gier, bearing Napoléon laureated 30 c. blackish brown, a fine and fresh example in a deep shade with good perforation and centering, tied by superb Gros Chiffres '3151' numeral lozenge, matching despatch cds (April 29, 69) and CHARGE handstamp in red alongside, reverse with timbre indicatif de chargement in red. A most appealling cover, a scarce local registered use with 10 c. local rate plus 20 c. registration fee.
