    1868: Triple rate Registered Envelope from St. André-de-l'Eure to Rouen, bearing Napoléon laureated 20 c. blue type II in mixed franking with horizontal strip of four Cérès 1872 20 c. blue type I, tied by Gros Chiffres '3499' numeral lozenge, type 16 despatch cds (May 6, 72) in black and CHARGÉ handstamp in red alongside, reverse with even two timbres indicatives du chargement, ambulant and arrival cds's of the next day. A most interesting combination of same colour but different face value, paying correctly the rate with 70 c. for the triple weight tariff and 50 c. registration fee. Cert. E. Diena (1988).
