    1862: Wrapper with 'Le Messager du Coeur de Jésus' of March 1871 included, printed in Toulouse and sent via Avignon to St. Saturnin-lès-Apt, bearing Napoléon perforated 5 c. green, tied by three pen strokes. Reverse with Avignon transit and "St. SATURNIN-LES-APT (86) 4 MARS 71" cogwheel arrival cds. Signed Goebel. rnNote: Interesting content of 62 pages including articles such as 'La France sauvée par ses malheurs' in the aftermath of the Franco-Prussian war, correctly franked for a fivefold rate.
