    1862: Wrapper with full content from Le Havre to Genova, bearing Napoléon perf. 1 c. olive and 5 c. green on stray, two fresh examples, tied by light despatch cds (Oct. 1, 69), framed PD in red alongside. Reverse with arrival cds (Oct. 4). 1 c. adhesive with some perforation irregularities, nevertheless an appealing combination, a rare usage on a printed matter item abroad.
