    1854: Mourning Envelope from Bagnères to Perigieux bearing Napoléon imperf. 20 c. blue on azure paper Type I, a fine example with huge sheet margins at top (20 mm), showing complete Filet d'encadrement, tied by light Petits Chiffres '229' numeral lozenge. Despatch "BAGNÈRES - DE - LUCHON (30) 5 JUIL. 59" cds alongside, reverse with two ambulant and arrival cds's (July 7). A most appealing usage with this enormous sheet margin. Cert.
