    1854: Cover from La Calle to Cherchel, both situated in Algeria bearing Napoléon imperf. 20 c. blue Type I, a fine and fresh adhesive with large even margins, tied by clear Petits Chiffres '3754' numeral lozenge. Rare despatch cursive "La Calle ALGERIE" handstamp and Bone transit cds (Oct 1, 1854) alongside, reverse with Alger transit cds and Cherchel arrival cds (Oct 9). Some edge wear but an interesting usage within Algeria, signed Brun.
