    Thrace, Austrian consular Agency in Edirne 1867 (Sept. 5): Cover from Adrianopel to Lyon, bearing 1865 10 s. blue and horizontal pair of 15 s. brown, fine and fresh examples, well embossed, tied by wreathed "ADRIANOPEL 5 / 8" cds in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 947, error in month slug). French "AUTR. 14 SEPT 67 STRASBOURG" entry cds in red and "A. / P.D." handstamp in black alongside. Reverse with WIEN and PARIS transit as well as LYON arrival (Sept 15) cds's. Light horizontal file fold well away from the franking, an attractive cover, the franking paying correctly the 40 soldi rate to France.
