    Romania, Austrian Lloyd P.O. in Kustendje 1862 (Sept. 12): Unpaid Entire letter from Constantinople to Vienna, endorsed "Via Kustendje", struck in transit with crisp "LLOYD AGENZIE KUSTENDJE 12 / 9" cds in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 844). Reverse with WIEN arrival datestamp in red (Sept 16). Minor filing fold, an appealing entire.rnNote: Until the end of 1865 the Austrian Lloyd routed its mail via Kustendje / Constanza until the new railway line from Varna to Rustchuk was inaugurated. The receiver had to pay 20 kreuzer for the Levant and 15 kreuzer for Austria.
