    Romania, Austrian consular Agency in Giurgevo 1865c: Cover from Giurgevo to Sommerda, bearing 1864 Arms 10 s. blue perf. 9½, a horizontal pair and a single adhesive in slightly different shades, fine and fresh examples, tied by superb "GIURGEVO 26 / 8" cds in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 748). Reverse with part SOMMERDA arrival cds. Upper backflap missing, in spite of this an attractive and interesting usage to an unexpectedly rare destination. Lot includes piece with 1864 Arms 5 s. & 15 s. tied by the same obliterator. Signed A. Diena.rnNote: No year indication on this cover but it was sent before 1866 as the rate is 15 kr. for the GAPU and 15 kr. for the Levant which was not reduced before January and October 1866.
