    Bulgaria, Austrian consular Agency in Ruschuk 1864 (June 24): Cover from Ruschuk to Vienna, bearing 1863 Arms 15 s. brown perf. 14, a superb horizontal pair with good perforation and embossing, cancelled by superb "RUSTSCHUK 24 / 6" cds in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 876). Reverse with WIEN arrival (June 28) cds. Light horizontal file fold well away from the franking, nevertheless a most attractive and interesting cover, an early usage of the adhesives in the Levant.
