    Danube Steam Navigation Co in the Dobrudja: 1867 10 kr. green, Type I, a fine used example with large parts of the upper neighbouring adhesive on October 1870 cover from Czernavoda to Turnu-Severin, tied by "CZERNAWODA 4 / 10" cds in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 851). A rare usage, not in the Steindler collection.rnNote: Receiver of the letter was Emanuel van Meerbeck, a Belgian engineer who served as an officer in the Austrian Army and originated from a family of brewers in Hasselt-Limburg. In 1857 he founded the brewery 'Trajan' in Turnu Severin.
