    1857/77: Small classic group (8 covers) with 1857 prepaid cover to Carmelo with 'Franco' and oval Montevideo despatch in red, 1859 Thin numeral 60 c. lilac on cover from Paysandu, 1860 thick numeral 120 c. blue on cover to Salto (signed Ferchenbauer), 1864 Escuditos 6 c. red pair on cover to Rosario de Santa Fé tied in black (signed Diaz), 1866/67 perf. 5 c. blue (2) used on 1873 taxed cover to Italy charged with Poatage Due 1 lire, 1866/67 perf. 10 c. green on 1873 cover to Barcelona,1877/79 5 c. single and block of four on reg'd cover to Italy and 5 c. and 20 c. pair on registered front to Pando. Condition varies but a scarce group.
