    1878: Indian Woman 2 r. carmine-rose, a single example used on 1880 cover front to Alameda Co., California cancelled by five pointed Star handstamp in black and tied by slight tone spots at top. Octagonal Guatemala City despatch in violet at left (June 30) and struck, in lieu of Postage Due stamps being applied with unframed "10 / CENTS" at left in black. Despite imperfections a rare usage.
