    1860 (March 11): Cover from Itaqui (Rio Grande do Sul) to Concordia, Entre Rio, Argentina struck on despatch with superb strike of oval framed ITAQUI despatch handstamp in blue, carried by river and endorsed "Por Uruguay" at upper right. A rare and most unusual cover.
