    1867/68: Condor 5 c. blue-green, 3rd. Re-engraving, a vertical pair, positions 10/22, used on February 15, 1868 entire letter from Potosi to Cobija tied by circular wreathed POTOSI handstamp in black. Ironed file fold crosses the adhesives and with close margin at left, however a very rare usage of this issue on letter.
