    1867/68: Condor 5 c. blue-green, 4th. Re-engraving, a vertical pair, positions 2/14 with large margins all round, used on June 18, 1868 entire letter from Tupisa to Cobija cancelled by bold TUPIZA handstamp in black. Manuscript '1 onza' at left and reverse with straight line POTOSI transit handstamp in black. Usual slight splitting along folds but a very rare entire.
