    1854: ½ a. blue together with ½ a. pale blue (both Die I), good margins on both stamps, used on 1856 delightful visiting card size embossed Valentines / Ladies envelope from Surat to Bombay tied by clear "17" numeral obliterator in black. Surat despatch cds in red (Jan 6) and Bombay "G.P.O. A.M" arrival (Jan 11). An attractive and very rare cover for the connoisseur.
