    1867: 1 pi. red in a block of four and thus showing all four Types, used on 1869 quadruple rate cover to Alexandria cancelled by "POSTE VICE-REALI EGIZIANE / TANTA" cds in black (Aug 12). Scarce ("REGIE" removed) Alessandria arrival datestamp of the same day on reverse. Some small imperfections but a very high internal rate and rare.
