    1918 (Nov. 7): Complete Telegram Form franked with Scouts 20 h. red cancelled by oval handstamp "Narodny Vybor / V Praze / Ceskoslovensy" in violet from the National Committee in Prague, with adjacent circular 'NV' cachet in black at right and eight line text: "Brno 5+ 115 130 7 11/13: "ceskoslovenska strana lidova drive katolicke narodni a krestansko socianlni jmenovala narodniho vyboru pany frantisek barina opat v brne" (the Czechoslovak People's Party - Catholic National and Christian Social movement has appointed Frantisek Barina as Abbot of the National Committee in Brno), numbered '5103' in manuscript on top of telegram. Fine and scarce usage.
