Boy Scouts de Petrograd desiraient correspondre avec Boy Scouts de Troyes. Prenez s.v.p. notre fraternel salut! tout droit! Bud gotov!" First attempt to correspond with French Scouts in Troyes. Fine and scarce card sent during WW I.
