    1882: 25 st. blue and pale blue on a copy of the "Tirnovo Constitution" paying for a mailing of five journals, tied by a large black bilingual Sofia (Dec 4, 1884). The franking paying for multiple newspapers is very rare, the condition is fine, only a handful of newspapers with a franking of 25 st. are recorded. Opinion Penev (2021).
