    1913: 5 pa. light-brown, overprinted "EAGLE" in black with inverted overprint, 20 pa. rose overprinted "EAGLE" in violet, horizontal pair 1 pi. blue overprinted "EAGLE" in violet and 10 pa .emerald overprinted "BEYIYE" with further overprint "EAGLE" in black on cover from "VLONE" to "VIENNA". All stamps are tied by blue "VLONE" dated 11/7/1913. According to the certificate Mikulski (1998), postal forwarding is uncertain, the adressee Leopld Kronik was a well known collector. Very fine and exceptionally rare. Signed G.F. (Gustav Freyse Hannover) and Bloch.
