    1921: "VALOR 30 CENTAVOS" diagonal surcharge in violet on 1920 50 c. pale green with small "A" in "VALOR" variety, used with vertical pair of 1920 50 c. green, marginal from base of sheet cancelled by oval CCNA Girardot Agency handstamp in green, on reverse of cover from Girardot to Barrranquilla alongside National postage 10 c. black pair tied in blue. Manuscript "Abierta por equivocacion" (Opened by mistake) at top. Seal removed from reverse and aging but a rare usage.
