    Third London Printing 1862 (Jan 1): 20 c. deep green, a horizontal pair with poor margins used on 1865 cover to Argentina travelling over the Cordillera, each tied by "INUTIL" obliterators with "Santiago / Chile" cds alongside (Jan 30) in red. Oval framed "CORREOS NACIONALES / FRANCA / DE SAN JUAN" and forwarded on to Mendoza. An extremely rare cover by an unusual route to a somewhat surprisingly rare destination.
