    First Santiago printing "Estancos" 1856/61: 10 c. deep blue, clear impression, used on 1861 entire letter to Bulnes tied by over-inked target handstamp in brown with corresponding "S. CARLOS" straight line handstamp of despatch alongside. "CHILLAN / CHILE" transit cds in red at left (Jan 2). A fine and unusual entire.
