    First Santiago printings "Estancos" 1858/60: 5 c. rose-red, a used example with large to touched margins all round on cover to Santiago tied by over-inked target handstamp with very scarce straight line "CHALINGA" despatch in brownish-black adjacent. Minor wrinkling and dated in biro at lower left but very scarce.
